Cucina Italiana

On Sunday I appreciated some delicious raw buckwheat groats Italian-style. I combined a couple cloves of garlic with the frest vine tomatoes, organic arugula, black pepper and a perfectly-ripe avocado with the garlic-infused buckwheat to create a simple and yet tasty dish that tantalises the taste buds. The Italians would be so proud!
